Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.

Returns

Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It\’s possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.

The policy is 30 days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.

For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item should be in the original packaging.
